A request for more assistance

Greetings to my fellow cyber-Scouters,

In January I placed a cry for help about Scouting Related InterNet Resourses
for a technical writing class project. I have completed that project and can
send it to anyone who sends me an e-mail message (if you sent one to me
already, send another, the mail deamon ate my message archive when it
crashed).

Now I have another project to work on. I need to send the teacher a proposal
of my intended work for approval. The only requirements is that it has to be
either educational or recreational related. I cannot use anything scientific
or technical as a base. Can anyone give me a Scouting idea that meets both
criteria?
