First year program booklet??

I did ask this question once, but it was mixed in a long entry. So here it is
again:

Is there a book out there somewhere that pertains to the First year program.
Someone said there is a book out there for the first year program. I asked my
council and they had no idea. If someone knows, please let me know. The camp
director where I'm working at this summer for the First Year Program is gone
for a week, so I would like to know as soon as possible.

P.S. Thanks for all who responded to my First Year Camper program
ideas/comments. I'm open to many other ideas . . . ???????
