Australian Scout Hat

My son rec'd as travel gift from his grandparents a Scout hat that they
purchased while visiting Australia.
The hat is green and has a wide brim. The label inside says:
The "Johnson" Hat
Scout Outdoor Centre
Manufactured Exclusively for the Scout Association of Australia
It's neat hat (I am jealous, all got was patches)! I would like to order one
for myself and more if my Troop would be interested.
Could one of the list's Australian Scouters e-mail or post, the name of a
store or supplier so that I could place an order. Please include the name or
store or supplier, address, cost, sizes, and phone/fax number. A contact name
would also be appreciated!
