To All:
We are now planning for our first Annual Planning Conference which will
be held in June. We are planning it as a family event with parents and
siblings invited. We are planning 2-4 "work sessions" and lots of fun
activities.
Our goal is to review, in a relaxed environment, where we have been as a
troop and where we are going. We plan to review program, outings,
training, boy and adult leadership, retention of older Scouts,
Cub-to-Scout conversion (a problem), etc.
If anyone has done such a conference, I would appreciate a copy of your
agenda and suggestions (Comments/suggestions from all are welcome)
