I've been reading your posts for a while and I've decided to stay on this
list. I'm sorry to say,though, that I think I'm the only one on this list
from my troop, but I'd beglad to represent it.

I've recently obtained the rank of Life, and in the Order of the Arrow
(ordeal). I know of at least three BBSs run by scouts in my troop.
ETC, ETC.
Now, I have a question. I have a scoutmaster who does everything by the
book, everything suggested, has every scout meeting planned to the exact
minute. We recently did a Knot-O-Rama. Several scouts (mostly my friends)
have dropped out because the way our troop is now. We have a low attendance
rate (except for the new Webelos) and a high drop-out rate..... Is there a
relation?
