Hi Claudia,
No until he officially graduates up to Webelos he should be working on
gold and silver arrow points to accompany his Bear badge. i.e. anything
else left in the bear book that he has not done toward his bear can
count. Any combination of 10 individual thigs signed off are worth an
arrow point.
