On the contrary, I have seen the opposite true. In this case the voulnteer
national leaders and those who think they are. I have seen many that look
like General Patton with knots to the shoulder, gaudy awards and medals
dripping from their uniform. htey also usually have the trademark Drycleaned
crease lines down the fromt and on the sleeve. I can understand that people
are proud of their accomplishments, but so proud that they tend to show off.
Perhaps a rule that Any more than four rows of knots on a uniform are
excessive.
