Because Your Lodge has an unusual situation, it is best to let your executive
committee to decide how to act. Surely they couldn't join any chapter in the
lodge they felt like, at least i hope not. To the best of my knowledge,
National OA only recognizes that some lodges may wish to organize chapters to
assist in the program. There is no real set plan that each lodge must
follow, especially since many lodges don't have chapters. Each lodge has the
right to determine their own lodge organization (eg-committees, types of
officers, etc) If a lodge wants to have chapters as well, then they must
decide on that structure as well
