Tom,
After reading here about all the local modifications to the B.S.A.
program, I have to wonder why G.S.A. programs couldn't be modified to
accommodate the needs of the local troop members ;^). Seriously, if your
daughter has other friends who feel a similar need for outdoor activities,
why not supplement the program with non-G.S.A. group outings?
