Excuse me? Am I missing something?
My brother was a Tiger Cub in the fall of 1982. (He was one of the
first ones in our council, I believe.) By 1988 he had already earned
his Eagle Scout. (Yes, I know he was young, but anyone who knows him
knows he was ready...)
Is it possible this was only a trial program at that time, and that the
rest of the country didn't catch up for 6 years?
