A tiger pgm that works

Steve Beluch (steve.beluch@SYSLINK.MCS.COM)

S>Thought I'd share what our pack does with our Tiger Cubs as an
S>illustration of how a separate program is incoportated into the pack
S>program.

<<<<<< deleted >>>>>

S>This works well for us ... the Tiger Cub boys have a separate program,
S>they are involved in the pack at pack meetings, and they become a part
S>of the pack before drifting off during the summer. We then start the
S>fall with organized wolf dens, complete with leaders, which makes the
S>fall recruiting of new cubs much easier.

Mike, E X C E L E N T !!!! Hey Kathie (you out there?), looks like a
tiger paw here! See, you _can_ have a separate program without using a
single Cub Scout Award. Keep up the good work. Believe it or not you
are basically following the way the program was intended.
