John Blake makes a lengthly post concerning general insurance for BSA
outings that includes a section on auto/van capacity.
For general information here, Arizona has recently passed a law that
requires that the driver af any vehicle that carries 15 or more passengers
have a chauffer's license. Of course, they don't call it that anymore,
either. It's basically the same licence that a school bus driver has to have.
This probably won't affect too many units, unless yours rents a 15 passenger
van for a trip (in Az). Other states may have enacted similar legislation.
It's something to be aware of, and check out, BEFORE getting stuck.
Just my $0.02 worth. ;)
