AFAIC, whatever rules there are about sleeping arrangements have youth
protection as their base. As long as leaders don't share tents with
scouts who are not their own sons, I don't care where leaders sleep.
You're probably not going to be hassled by all three of your male leader
friends at once during the night. If you're hassled by one at a time, I
suspect a loud "Who's hand is this?" will get the attention it deserves.
I suspect (if you're scouts are like mine) that the leaders are too
exhausted after a day's packing to do anything except sleep, anyway. And
you four probably smelled to high heavens, anyway!
What if _you_'d objected to sleeping with the other 3 leaders? What
arrangements should've been made?
(Of course, the easiest thing to do is to just leave the girls home. Back
in the dark ages that is what was done. Now we have a puzzle with more
pieces to put together: it is still a problem capable of solution.)
