Michael, Michael, Michael....oh ye of little faith. SM basic should be a
minimum requiremet...however a manager/supervisor who is goood....reads the sm
manual...and applys the learning...would probably do very well as a sm until
training is received! We scrap for leaders, and you want to make it harder!
