Just a thought here...
If Cly Bascome has recieved material through the mail,
for which he has _mailed_ bad checks to "pay" for,
can mail fraud charges be filed against him?
The Feds seem to be trying to run 2 different directions
with e-mail. On the one side, they say it isn't private,
but on the other side, they seem to be trying to treat
it as regular mail.
Anyone have any reaction to this?
