Yes, I do.

We have a saying hereabouts that goes like this (in connection with a
problem adult leader) "Change the man or change the man."

That should probably read (I was "saying" it before): CHANGE the man or
change the MAN.

I guess I am agreeing, therefore, to a point. If you can't change him then
you need to get a new person, replace him.
