Susan,
Immediately take a copy of your letter to the PAID staff in you district and
or council. This can't be left alone.
Remember that PAID staff is their to handle these problems. Don't let them
cast you aside.
When it comes to two deep leadership these can't be changed.
When you find out about Waldorf let me know, I'm curious. I thought it was a
salad.
No one says you have to take your Cubs up to the same Troop, just because
your chartered by the same organization. I was Scoutmaster for an LDS
troop, but when it came time for my son to join cubs I placed in the Pack at
the local elementary school. (Where I am now Cubmaster). The most important
aspect is the boys. Show them other troops in the area and encourage them to
go elsewhere if at all possible.
Just my opinion,
YIS,
