Pat,
Start by trying your council office. Ours keeps individual folders
for each troop with all advancement records.
You may need to go to the office and go through the folders
yourself, as I doubt that they have the resources to do it.
I wish you luck, some councils records are not as organized as
ours as I found out trying to verify merit badges on an Eagle
candidate who transferred from a NJ council.
