Cly Bascone

Dr. Robert McGwier, Peter Van Houten, James Hermann, Byron Hynes...and
many others,

Btw.. Peter this guy is the same one you descibed in your posting to me.
OK..OK... Here it is. Cly Bascone is not Cly Bascone. He is Clyde J. Bell.
There are other alias' that he goes by. I have right now well over two
hundred replies to my original postings as to his improper dealings with
countless others, across this globe. He does not work for the U.N. The
information that was sent to us from Haiti and Zaire was copied from
soc.culture.haiti and soc.culture.south-africa... Also he does not work in
any capacity with any museum regarding scouting. World Scouting Office and
the National Scouting Office as well as the local Council there in
Knoxville WILL NOT register him. His sole mission is accumulating patches
for sale. There are COUNTLESS people who have worthless checks in their
possessions that have bounced that amount to THOUSANDS of dollars. Mr.
Bell was arrested some years ago for this same thing and prosecuted. The
District Attorney that I have talked to said there Were Thousands of
patches that had been confiscated. We folks who have believed in A SCOUT
IS TRUSTWORTHY have been taken to the cleaners by him. What ever our
invesment with this individual...it is gone. Other information
can be found by contacting the council there in Knoxville. If there are
any further questions. Ask your Scout Offices to call Jimmy Williams there
in Knoxville.
