Olaf,
2-deep leadership refers to the requirement in BSA for every unit to be
staffed by two adult leaders. There is the further requirement that the
two leaders or at least two adults accompany every meeting and outing.
Th+is provision has been necessary as part of our "Youth and Adult
P{rotection" program to prevent child abuse and false accusations of same.
Thus the unit has "depth" in its lea{ership{and it is two (leaders) deep.
