I don't want to start a flame war, but I have to disagree with you
Bruce concerning your statement:

I think it was Alan Houser (or someone from Berkeley) who wrote
about the problems that Scouting was having in their school systems
because the "PC crowd" had prohibited the Scouts from using any public
school facilities. The school district, if I remember correctly, was
reacting to the BSA stand on homosexual members.
I also think you're being a bit disingenuous when you claim
ignorance of what or who the "PC crowd" is. I cannot name a specific
group of people who comprise them, but the PC trend has been very
obvious, at least to me, in the US for the past several years. I _DO_
listen and attempt to understand others with whom I disagree or don't
understand. I guess what I'm looking for is some reciprocity from
them.
