WWW access via e-mail was Re: Scout clip art

This complaint has come up before and so I thought I would send this notice
that was posted a while back. It explains that WWW can be accessed through
e-mail (like the AOL gateway) FTP's can also be accessed through e-mail. I will
try to find the information that I have on this and post it for those who are
interested.
