After reading your second message, maybe it is this one scout who really
understands what it takes to be an Eagle and that is why he did not go for it
as compared to the other three that are getting it. Or maybe seeing these
three getting it without doing the work, has remove the true meaning of the
Eagle Award from his eyes.
