Our differences...

<<Perhaps someone should talk to Hilary Clinton (and similar) about ramming
PC'ness down peoples throats>>
Perhaps everyone should stop mentioning Hilary Clinton when that's not what
you are talking about. And maybe a moratorium on "PC". It doesn't mean
anything anymore. The term is used by people when they need to have a boogey-m
an to blame.
<<Its funny you know _ALL_ people are the same underneath and we should say
thanks for the little things that make us different not try to sanitise by
making us all the same.>>
I would agree. But why can't we accept the fact that people who are different
from us may also be sensitive to things we ourselves are not? This is a
difference we should respect. The kids we lead should respect the diversity
which makes our societies so interesting. They are more likely to do so if
*we* respect others' differences.
<<If they just want to bleat and moan to me for wishing them a "Happy
Christmas" its their loss 'cause no offence is intended.>>
And it would be great if different, sensitive people could be so without
being ridiculed.
