Sarah,
Yours was a message I will not readily forget. Too often, I think
we "peg" kids using overly simplistic standards, like grades.
I do think an education is very important. But it is not my
business as a Scout leader. My job, is to improve the soul of the boy.
Not,to serve as a bully boy for the system, or his parents.
A Scoutmaster should never lose sight of his primary purpose:
Teach Honor.
