I too cannot see why people have become so easily offended at "Merry
Christmas" I have been around the world at least four times and have
always enjoyed the inclusion of myself within that culture during their
holidays wether I participated or didn't. My fondest memories are working
for Petrokemya in Saudi Arabia and enjoying Ramadan in March. Being a
Christian.. It was quite novel. Those peoples hearts were so full to
included believers or not. I believe that some that have become offended
have forgotten one principle here..."A scout is reverant" Eventhough I
might not ascribe to the Jewish, Moslem, etc. (fill in the blanks) faiths,
I can APPRECIATE the significancies of each. I believe Mike Walton put a
better cap on all of it. So I too say, Happy Holidays to you all. My
wishes are that Peace and Love, Joy and Prosperity visit where each and
everyone of you on this list dwell.
