US National Child Protection Act of 1993

We had some discussion awhile back on the Child Protection Act, which
generated some requests for the text of the law. Similarly, Pat Skelly of
AOL asked for help in getting the text. I found the text in Compuserve
and put it into a format that could be e-mailed (using the statute's
style). Jon Eidson was kind enough to place it in our archives for your
use. If you would like to see the text of the law (funding portions were
already deleted), it can be found under the file name SCOUTS-L NCPA93.
