I can't concur more. I have been trying for over a year to get a BBS
established for our local council. I even had an offer of all the equipment
needed to get up and running. However, the legal liability of possible
pedophyles having access to children and possibly being able to make contact
through the BBS caused the plan to falter. I've not been able to revive the
BBS idea since.
