Can you get something for me please!

Hi Tom!

I am trying to get a copy of a program called Geoworks Quickstart.
I've followed a lead to a place in your town called Action Surplus.
The guy that gave me the lead was going to purchase two copies for me
and send them to me, but after he was deluged with calls from others
about the same offer, he backed out from me. I need this software
here in connection with some installations we are doing for a
non-profit (the local YMCA has two 286 computers, and no software).

If you would be so kind, can you please go to Action Surplus and pick
up two copies of Geoworks Quickstart and please mail them to me at the
address below? For your time in getting there, purchasing them and
mailing them to me, I want to pay you but I don't exactly know what
those costs would be. So, name a reasonable price and I'll send it
gladly!!

The software is pretty good for an older version of
Geoworks....it will work on any 8088 or better machine running at
least DOS 3.0 or better. It's just that Software Etc. ( we don't
have a "Action Surplus" here) don't have anything but a newer part of
the Geoworks program, and I need the entire thing!

For your information, it was being sold for $10 at Action Surplus in
Sunnyvale, CA (M-F 10 - 7:30, + Sat) (408) 739-0316. They have roughly 12
copies left, but don't seem to want to ship no matter how much you offer
them. I've called them on Friday, and they still have them, but they
were unwilling to mail/ship/UPS or anything to me, and they won't take
credit cards over the phone.

Any help, Tom, that you can give me would be really appreciated!!!
