Oldest Coed Scouting?, SOSSI

I think India has had a coed Scouting/Guiding program since before the late
1970s. Scouts on Stamps Society International has been a good source for
seminal scouting events in the history of a nation -- such as Scout/Guide
mergers. I don't collect stamps, but I have used SOSSI books to answer
such questions in the past. My answer is from memory, so beware!
Also, SOSSI is the only group (I know of) that catalogs the "paper
products" of World Jamborees (i.e. Trading Post coupons, WJ Visitor
Handouts, WJ Church Service song sheets, etc.). They have White Paper
Reports on the 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th (& up?) World Jamborees paper
products (includes pictures) available for cheap. If anyone wants their
address, I can look it up.
