Hello Michael:
The pack that I am Unit Commissioner for has had most of their Webelos
Leaders as Female. They love it. The camping, the boys, the program, the
long term Webelos summer camp, they love it all.
If it is the camping part, get her into Webelos Leader Training. It has
camping as part of it. Let her talk to the trainers and learn what camping
with Webelos and Cub Scouts is all about. If after all that, the Den Leader
Coach is the best position for her to help with the other Den Leaders. But
if she want's interested in that, see if she'll say on as Den Leader. Sounds
like she likes it.
