Flag Ceremonies

I'm looking for some unique, new, inspiring flag ceremonies to be used by
troops during troop meetings, COH, training sessions, etc.
I'd like to put together a selection as a resource for SMs to use when the
scouts are looking for some variety. OK, I mean when the SM convinces the
PLC that a new ceremony is in order.
I know that there are many good ones out there. Which one inspires you?
Share it with me and add to this resource.
Send your responses to me at JohnD155@aol.com
Thanks,
YIS,
John Dorcey
