One of the ways we transition all Den Leaders to Webelo leaders is have
them "tag along" on an outing with one of our current Webelo Dens. This
gives them the oportunity to see how it works outside the ideal situation
of the OWL training. OWL training is an important moral booster however
and you should convince her to attend if for no other reason then "it is
the most fun of all the training you will ever get in scouting".
If all this fails then promote her to an important Pack Committee
position. i.e. don't develope tunnel vision that she is only qualified
for a single position.
