Terry,
There is the arrowhead award, Scouters key, and the Distinquished
Commissioner. To earn those will take you 6-8 months for arrowhead, 3 years
for the Scouters key. Distinquished Commissioner will take you 5 years.
There is no requirement regarding the earning of your knots that I am
aware of that delimits position.. a Commissioner is a Commissioner.
