To the best of my knowledge Bermuda Scouting is more like Canadian
Scouting than American Scouting. In fact until a few years ago and maybe
even now Bermuda fell under Canada's "jurisdiction" to he bes of my
knowledge.
My brother lives there now incidentally, so I may be visiting there next
summer. Should you go, let me know.. I'd like to drop in on a meeting next
year!
