BSA Registration - Young Adult

It seems to me that many of the possible solutions have been
given, yet there are a few others that might be applicable to this
particular situation. As nearly, as I can tell the "young adult" has four
options:
1. He could register in the college scouter reserves
2. He could register (if the troop allowed) as an ASM, and do nothing.
3. He could register in an Explorer post (until he is 21)
4. If the situation is appropriate (and if it's available in the
council) he could register as a "staff" member of the local summer
camp.
Beyond these four positions, I believe that an individual is
required to be 21 years of age. I myself am 20 and at college and
am facing a similar situation at the moment.
