In The Netherlands, too, we know the concept of a group over the various
branches in local scouting.
In Scouting Zetten, my Group, we have the Lingegroep for Cubs and Boy-Scouts,
the Kleitrapsters for Girl-Scouts, Afd.354 for the Explorers. Above these
branches, their is the Group binding these branches together and doing the
things that go beyond the concept of the branches, like financial management
for the whole, public relations and a committee for festivities.
I think this concept goes for most of the Dutch Scouting-groups.
