Apparently this is the U.S. name for the U fund, as the aim is the same. I know
the BSA International division sponsers Scouters to other countries in the
summer to help them with there programs. It would be interesting to hear from
someone who has benifited from this or any other project. For those of us in
the U.S. these stories would be good to share when we are doing fund raisers to
help Scouts on an International level.
