Canadian Summer Camps and other matters

Hi
my name is Bill Blair ('Blinky' to the scouts) and I'm the leader of Mt
Painter Troop in Canberra ACT Australia. I have a scout who, with his
family, is moving to Nova Scotia for two years or so arriving Jan next year.
His dad is in the Navy with submarines, so I assume he will be living
wherever the Canadians have their sub base.
I had previously emailed to the organiser of a summer camp in Labrador,
figuring that even though it's not Novia Scotia it is Maritimes & my young
scout and his older brothers might be able to get into that program - no
answer yet. I'm now posting this more general query.
Can anyone help me with some details of contact point for scouts in Nova
Scotia that I can pass onto my scout? Also any details of potential summer
camps in Nova Scotia would be appreciated.
