Ich moechte nicht dumm bleiben!

Goede, I spent a wonderful summer, many years ago in Bonn with the
Experiment in International Living. My counterpart was a student at the
university and the "brother" I lived with was an art student in
Duesseldorf. Die Welt ist doch ein Dorf! (The world is a village = "It's
a small world!")

I never really understood how the Pfadfinder worked in Germany even
though I have spent over five years living there. I was not involved in
Scouting during that time so did not have occasion to find out. Please
tell us more about the programs, coed or single-sex, leaders, training,
membership numbers, service, ages, etc.
