to access the files from the listserver:
send a note with no subject to: listserv@tcubvm.is.tcu.edu
in the body use the following commands
help <-- sends general help info
index scouts-l <--- gives you the list of files in scouts-l archives
get scouts-l intro <-- gets the introduction which probably tells same thing
no sig lines either
