"Just One More"

At a Wood Badge course this weekend, one of the participants asked if I
had ever seen an article or paper titled "Just One More" or something
close to that. It's the story of the Scoutmaster, about to quit, who
decides to hang in there for "one more Scout".

Somewhere in the cobwebs, I vaguely remember something like this, but I
cannot place the article. Can anyone help me identify it?

Is it, perhaps, online somewhere?
