well that's right the length doesn't say anything about the quality.
but from my experience it's simply incredible to do a basic training
in FOUR hours (here in austria they are most of the times saturday
thru sunday sometimes even starting on friday night). but maybe you
could tell me more about the methods you use in your trainings?!
