Tammy,

Your problem is one that I think too many units experience. I would
suggest the direct approach at a committee meeting. With tact the problem
hopefully will not result in the chair and cub leaving the unit. Be open to
a different perception of the problem and then work to resolve and differences
If there is a belief that the situation will continue, consider a "promotion"
to a position that the chair might accept as a replacement. Good luck.
