Don -
I sympathise that your Scout wants to get involved in some high adventure
stuff, even if that means changing troops. Is there any way in which he
could combine both ?
My thoughts were -
(a) Stay in your troop but go along with the others when they do their
high adventure activities - in fact have you any more older Scouts
so you could have join activities between your two troops ?
(b) Could you use him as an Instructor / JASM even if he is a member of
another troop ?
