Michael,
Having ARROW-L will also help those of us who do not have BSA Scouts of that
age and GSUSA Scouts to minimize our download costs. I have first year
WeBeLoS (first year--they were Bears this spring) and Girl Scouts. I don't
have a need for OA stuff, so I like the idea. Those who want it can get it,
and those who don't need it can go on as they were.
