....and we've missed her lead on many Girl Scouting issues we've
talked about in the earlier days of the list. Welcome back, Jeannie!
Please tell Tucker and Bobby that we're still here and that we both
say "Hey!"

You Girl Scouting leaders, Jeannie was the one that kept us on-line
with lots of Girl Scouting information and kept some of our
discussions here from being purely "Boy Scouting". As her son Bobby
moved from Cub Scouting to Boy Scouting, her questions on the basic
differences, how to "shop for a good troop" and "what makes a good
patrol leader" made for some great discussions here. They also
catapulted us to asking and talking about other issues related to
those initally brought up by her (like we always do)!!

While I have the floor for a bit, I wanted to remind those that are
reading (either in Digest form, or each and every message) that this
list is HIGHLY dependent upon YOUR questions, YOUR comments, and YOUR
queries however "basic" or "elementary" they may be!! While many of
our topics get started because of some frustration on the part of one
(or more) of our "regulars", it is the questions and issues that come
from those that "have been reading for a while" or "just came here to
get a straight answer", that has made this list more worthwhile and
useful to ALL of us.

So, please, ask away. You don't have to even *know* the "basics".
Just ask. We'll do our best to answer your questions and comments
(and we're probably bring up some questions and issues of our own
from your comments! *smile*).

So...if you've been holding out on posting something here because
"...it's such a basic question...", then please go ahead and post it
here. *Someone* here would really appreciate it!

And again, Jeannie....welcome back!

Settummanque!
