Our C.S. Basic training course is always a challange to the trainer to cover all
of topics in the time allotted. Yes, it's alot of subject matter, but remembe
r this is basic training, not in-depth, "tell them everything I ever knew about
" training.
Generally, leaders already completed in basic training (in any program) are not
required to take the new course. However, it is always recommended, new course
or not, to retake the basic course every 5 years to keep up with the subtle an
d not so subtle changes in our program.
