while we're talking about YPP, pregnant scouts, etc.

At summer camp, the shower hours were clearly defined with YPP in mind:
youth from 7:00am til 10:00 pm, adult males and male staff after 10:00 pm
and before 7:00 am, females (only a few) whenever they could get someone to
guard the door. Well, late one night there were a few of us hosing off the
dust (ok, sweat) and one of the staff members was talking about his school
work. Someone asked his age: 16. I brought up a question to the chaplain
the next day (he was handling the ypp training) that shouldn't there be
separate hours for youth staff and adults. He said that all staff
were considered adults, so there was no problem. True? (The staff occupy
an off-limits campsite, but share the shower with several other sites).
