Venture Scouts Questions

Hello everyone !
Are there any BSA people out there currently doing the Venture Scout
program ? It has never been done in our council and Im trying to put
the program together.......My troop has been using some of the Venture
books to help run the program since I mainly have older scouts. Im
curious on how to turn the stuff in to the council office and basically
would like to hear from someone on how they are running one of the
programs.
Any help would sure be appreciated.......
